1. Find out what version of WordPress you have installed
2. If you don't know how to find out, then look at your wp-config file (usually located in /wp-content/uploads) and search for 'define('WP_DEBUG', true);'
3. If WP_DEBUG is set to false, then you need to change it to true.
4. Change the value of WP_DEBUG to true.
5. Save the file.
6. Restart your web server.
7. Check if the site works.
8. If not, repeat steps 1 - 6 until it does work.
9. If it still doesn't work, then contact your hosting provider.
10. If they say that it's your fault, then tell them that it was fixed by changing the value of WP_Debug to true.
11. If they say that you're lying, then ask them to show you their logs.
12. If they do not provide any logs, then ask them to send you some.
13. If they still refuse, then ask them to give you access to their control panel.
14. If they still refuse after step 13, then contact your local police department.
